Oklahoma School for the Blind Library

Librarian Mrs. Barbara Collins

The library at the Oklahoma School for the Blind provides blind and visually impaired students with materials in Braille, Large Print, regular print, and in Recorded Formats. Through the assistance of the Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, and the National Library Service division of the Library of Congress, students have the ability to access materials, equipment, and information needed for educational and recreational use.

The library also provides assistance in locating resources to materials, textbooks, equipment, and information concerning blindness to public school teachers, students, and parents from across the state. Assistance in locating informational resources regarding students with Special Needs in addition to blindness may also be requested.

For more information or assistance, please call 918-781-8200 or e-mail the library at: Mrs. Barbara Collins
